By accessing or using Hasoub’s website or mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Hasoub provides an online space for students, volunteers, educators, and partners to:

  • Register for events and activities

  • Access educational and community-oriented content

  • (App users only) Create and manage personal profiles

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, users may need to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information, including:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • University, study subject, and academic year

  • Phone number and ID number

  • Payment information (where applicable)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Code of Conduct

To foster a respectful and productive community, users must adhere to the following rules:

  • Register only if you intend to attend.

  • Follow event-specific rules and respect organizers and attendees.

f. Account Security

  • Keep your login credentials private.

  • Notify Hasoub of any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.

g. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity is not allowed.

  • Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse user data.

h. Violations & Enforcement

  • Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.

  • Misconduct during events or online activities may lead to denial of future participation.

By registering, you agree to receive:

  • Event and content updates

  • Promotional messages

  • OTP (One-Time Password) messages for authentication
